Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SupaShopp, operated by Proodent IT Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the content of your store.
• One person or business may operate one or more stores, each on its own URL.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SupaShopp to:

• Sell, advertise, or facilitate illegal substances or materials — including illicit drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any item prohibited by law in Ghana or the customer's jurisdiction.
• Scam, defraud, or dupe customers — including collecting payment and failing to deliver products, misrepresenting items, or any deceptive practice.
• Infringe others' intellectual property, upload malware, or engage in spam or abuse.

Enforcement: If a store is found to be selling illegal materials, or scamming customers by taking payment without delivering, the store will be taken down immediately and without notice, and the account may be permanently banned. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. You are solely responsible for the legality of what you sell and for fulfilling every order your customers pay for.

3. Free trial, plans & billing

• New stores include a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan.
• Plan prices are shown in the platform's billing currency. Payments are processed by Paystack.
• Each payment extends your plan from your current expiry date — you do not lose unused days when you renew early.
• Plans are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. You can stop paying at any time; there is no long-term contract.
• If your plan lapses, your storefront becomes unavailable and admin write-access is restricted. Your data is preserved and is restored when you pay again.

4. Custom domains

Custom domains are a managed, optional add-on. Where offered, we register and connect the domain on your behalf for a separate yearly fee. Domain availability and pricing are confirmed per request.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the products, images, and information you upload. You grant us the limited right to host and display that content for the purpose of operating your store.

6. Service availability

We work to keep SupaShopp available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or update features over time.

7. Termination

You may delete your store at any time from your dashboard — this permanently erases all its data and images and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proodent IT Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SupaShopp. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
